To Designers

I like to design. And let out my creative site. I found some sites that I have used and they are free, unless you want to upgrade. I have used them since 2001 and keep finding more. Tripod seems to be the most easiest my mom thinks. Tho I found them fairly easy. I have seen some very interesting site out here and I would like to get even better. I have designed this site for people that would like to build their own and make banners and just let their creative side out. 95% of it is free, tho like I have said I have paid on a few. I am once again battling cancer and its devastating effects. I am asking to please help me with this. I have tried all means but, I seem to not have any available. I am only one income with a family of 4 and only one way to get around and now I have been hit with more cancer surgeries that my only insurance is no longer willing to pay.
